Nick has over 15 years’ experience in the construction and property development industry, having worked with both private and institutional building and development companies on the delivery of residential, commercial, and industrial projects up to $500 million in total value. Throughout this time Nick has developed a solid knowledge and skill base, managing professional consultants, statutory planning authorities, construction contractors, sales agency teams and tenants to achieve outstanding outcomes in line with budgetary and timing requirements.



As the Development Director, Nick is responsible for the delivery of the group’sdevelopment pipeline and master planned estate strategies. Nick works closely with bothtransaction and asset management teams to ensure client’s investment objectives areachieved whilst exceeding tenants’ expectations in the final end product..



Nick has an in depth understanding of the pre-commitment delivery process and has successfully negotiated key lease agreements with groups including Telstra, Asahi and Coca-Cola European Partners to name a few.
