Mark has over 20 years of experience in the property industry and has worked for both publicly listed and private companies throughout this time. Mark’s knowledge base of the entire spectrum of Asset Management functions, provides a rigorous solutions-based approach to solving complex property issues ensuring key stakeholders’ requirements are met.

Prior to his role at Terre Property Partners, Mark was the Director of Asset Management for integrated Logistics Partners, where he oversaw all Asset Management functions on behalf of its investor clients. With extensive expertise and understanding of technical building issues, Mark successfully implemented strategic repositioning strategies to ensure maximum value.

As Chief Operating Officer of Terre Property Partners, Mark is ultimately responsible for the daily operations of the business, ensuring corporate governance and appropriate systems and procedures are implemented to provide all relevant stakeholders a positive experience.
