Jake has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry, with a strong AssetManagement background having worked across both industrial and commercial sectors withexperience in valuations at Knight Frank and building Facilities Management and AssetManagement with JLL.

During this time Jake has built an extensive professional real estate network acrossAustralia, utilising and maintaining strong industry relationships. Jake has worked closelywith owner occupiers, property investors, tenants and developers assisting with a range ofsite acquisition due diligence as well as providing ongoing hands-on facilities and assetmanagement advice. This well-rounded client base has exposed Jake to the full property lifecycle, handling assets and development projects from the acquisition phase right through totheir ultimate disposal.
