Ben takes a meticulous approach to the investment underwriting process, utilising extensive industry experience and finance, legal and property networks to evaluate risk-adjusted returns for the company’s investment partners. As the Transactions Manager, Ben is primarily focused on identifying and analysing investment opportunities consistent with Terre’s mandated objectives. Ben is also responsible for managing the due diligence process, while also providing aspects of fund, asset management and investor communications.

Prior to joining the Terre Property team, Ben previously held positions within the National Australia Bank, most recently managing a significant portfolio of government and institutional assets.
